When Carolyn Costigan, a dedicated financial advisor with The Royal Bank of Canada, approached us, she wanted to reimagine how she presented herself to clients. Her previous video no longer reflected the level of professionalism, warmth, and authenticity she’s built in her career today. Together, we set out to create something more meaningful, a story that felt real, personal, and deeply connected to who she is.

Our goal was to help clients see Carolyn not just as an advisor, but as a person, someone they could trust before ever walking through her office doors. Through thoughtful conversations and time spent understanding her values, we crafted a film that balances her professional expertise with her genuine care for the people she serves.

With a micro crew of just a Director and Camera Operator, our lean production approach allowed for an intimate, comfortable atmosphere on set. Over multiple filming days, we captured a collection of moments that came together to form an 8-minute narrative piece, blending cinematic visuals, storytelling, and sincerity to reflect Carolyn’s true voice.

The result is a timeless video that represents Carolyn today, confident, compassionate, and committed to guiding her clients through every chapter of their financial journey.
