We partnered with Uniglobe Travel and UFirst Events for the Coca-Cola Managers retreat to produce an incentive video celebrating a 5-day, all-expenses-paid experience in Mexico, designed to reward their top-performing team members. The goal was to capture the excitement, energy, and unforgettable moments of the trip, from cultural excursions to exclusive events, in a way that motivates and inspires the sales team.

This project presented a unique challenge: all coverage was handled by a single crew member, capturing high-quality footage while managing next-day delivery edits. Despite the lean setup, we worked closely with Coca-Cola to maximize their budget and ensure every moment was documented with cinematic precision.

The resulting video brings the trip to life, highlighting the incredible experiences tied to top performance, and serves as a vibrant tool to celebrate success, energize the team, and reinforce the rewards of excellence within the Coca-Cola organization.
